Congratulations to Jess Burns who is the new CATAN® UK National Champion!

The CATAN UK National Championship was held at the UK Games Expo in Birmingham, United Kingdom on June 2, 2024. Burns (second from the left) was able to trade, build and settle her way to victory and will be moving on to the CATAN World Championship in 2025 that will be taking place in Germany. 

Not only did Burns win the UK National Championship but also the CATAN+ Challenge tournament on May 31. The CATAN+ Challenge tournament was a three-game event that showcased variants and expansions of traditional CATAN, including CATAN – Traveler. 

Burns wasn't the only crowned champion from UK Games Expo, Katrina Tripple won the Cities & Knights championship on May 31.

Thank you to all those who participated in the various CATAN tournaments at UK Games Expo. You all created a fun and exciting event and we can't wait to see you all next year!
