“Settlers of America” selected for the 2010 Origins Awards List
GAMA, the Game Manufacturers Association, has announced their list of nominees for the 37th Annual Origins Awards. The list included Catan Histories: Settlers of America – Trails to Rails™ (Best Historical Board Game Category) by Klaus Teuber. The winners will be announced at the Origins Game Fair in Columbus, OH on Saturday, June 25, 2011. The Origins Awards are presented annually by the Academy of Adventure Gaming Arts and Design to recognize outstanding achievement in design and production of games and game related products. Attendees of the Origins Game Fair will be eligible to vote at the convention and the winner of each category will receive a coveted Calliope statue. Click here for a list of all the nominees. …
