Year End - Does the Year End have any other effect apart from causing that the Event Card stack is reshuffled?
In the Expanded Base Game with "Barbarians & Traders" (part of the Catan Card Game – Expansion Set) and in the Tournament Game, the Year End has still another function: players owning a Winery receive any 2 resources of their choice.

Yes.

Year End - In the Tournament Game, can I select a Year End as “guest card” for my 4 Event Cards?
No. Only 1 Year End can be used in the game.
