• Countermagic - I placed the Countermagic. Now I play an Arsonist, and my opponent uses a Bishop against it. Can I use the Countermagic against the Bishop?

  Yes.

• Countermagic - If a Countermagic is used against a Bribery, does the gold have to be paid anyway?

  Yes.

  Note: The Bribery belongs to the theme sets "Politics & Intrigue", which is part of the Catan Card Game – Expansion Set.

• Countermagic - If my opponent attacks one of my Wizards with a Wizards’ Duel, and I use the Countermagic against it: can the Magic Power for the Countermagic also come from my attacked Wizard?

  Yes.

• Countermagic - My game partner has used the Countermagic against one of my Action Cards. Can I play this same Action Card a second time during the same turn?

  Yes, if you got it back into your hand with the help of the Magical Eye or the Scribes Offices.

  Note: Scribes Offices belong to the theme set "Barbarian & Traders", which are part of the Catan Card Game – Expansion Set.

• Dragon - Can I use The Black Knight to fight a Dragon?

  Yes.

• Dragon - Does the Templar Fortress also protect Dragons?

  No.

• Earth Magic - What are Region Improvements that protect Regions from an Earth Magic?

  Yes.

• Magic Books - Can I remove Magic Books in the same way as Units and Buildings?

  Yes.

  Yes, provided that you have Wizards in other Citadels.

• Magic Books - If I have a Magic Book twice, can I use both in the same round?

  Yes.

• Magic Books - When can I start to place Magic Books?

  As soon as you have built a Citadel.

• Magic Books - When can I start to use my Magic Books?

  You can use your Magic Books as soon as you have placed them and are able to pay for the required Magic Power. There is no limit regarding victory points, but you should have at least one Wizard.

• Magic Books - When can I use my Magic Books?

  Most Magic Books you can only use during your own turn. Exceptions are the Magic Books Countermagic, Timejump and Wheel of Time; in this context, please observe the respective rules of these cards.
