Change Places! - Can I exchange a Fleet with a Building?
No.

Change Places! - Can I move a Building to an empty building site?

Yes, if the other rules are observed.

Change Places! - Can I use “Change Places!” to have my Bordello switch place with my Robber Baron’s Castle?
No, the magic doesn’t go that far.

Change Places! - What happens to a Witch or a Pawnbroker if I move the Buildings they are placed on?
They move accordingly.

Citadel - Can I remove my Citadels?
No.

Citadel - How many victory points is a Citadel worth?
- If no Wizard is placed on it: one (the victory point of the settlement underneath).
- If one or more Wizards are placed on it: two (including the victory point of the settlement underneath).

Citadel - I have built 2 Citadels. Is it required that 1 Wizard be present in each of them so that I can turn them on the side “Wizard Present,” thus making each card worth 2 victory points?
Yes. Each Citadel needs its own Wizard to be worth 2 victory points.

Citadel - What can I build in a Citadel?
All cards that don’t have a red text box.

Citadel Expansions - What is a Citadel Expansion?
A card with a purple text box.

Comet - What effect does the Comet have if I reduced the cards in my hand before it was played?
After the Comet is played, you can always add cards to your hand until the upper limit is reached.

Countermagic - Can I play a second defense card if my opponent blocked the first one with the help of a Countermagic?
Yes, if you have a second card in your hand or can get the blocked card from the discard pile during your turn.

Countermagic - Can I still use the Countermagic after other protective measures have failed?
No. A Countermagic doesn’t prevent a card’s effect, it prevents a card from being played. That’s why a Countermagic must be used immediately after the card is played.

Countermagic - Can I use the Countermagic against a magic spell from a Magic Book?
No.

Countermagic - Can I use the Countermagic first on my own turn and then on my opponent’s turn?
Yes.
