Excommunication - Can I use an Excommunication to block my own discard pile for my game partner?
Yes.

Excommunication - Can I use the Excommunication to prevent my opponent from building roads, settlements, or cities?
No. An Excommunication can not be placed on Center Cards!

Excommunication - On whose discard pile does my Excommunication go after my opponent removed it by paying 3 gold?
To yours.

Excommunication - What is the effect of an Excommunication placed on a discard pile?
As of now, only the player who placed the Excommunication can take back cards from the discard pile.

Excommunication - Which stacks can I block with the Excommunication?
All stacks on which Expansion Cards are placed.

Good Neighbors - For how long do the cards remain face up?
Until an action or event changes this situation.

Good Neighbors - How do you treat a stack showing a face-up card if an Inquisition is played?
The cards are shuffled into the pile: although Good Neighbors do not denounce each other to the Inquisition.

Good Neighbors - What comes first if I have a Winery: resource distribution or revealing the cards?
First the cards are revealed, and then the resources are distributed.

Good Neighbors - What happens if an Excommunication is placed on a face-up card and later removed again?
The face-up card remains face up under the Excommunication card. When the Excommunication is removed, the revealed card continues lying face up.

Holy Place - Can I use the Holy Place if I draw a card by means of the Scribes Offices?
No.
Note: The Scribes Offices belongs to the theme set "Barbarian & Traders", which is part of the Catan Card Game – Expansion Set.

Holy Place - Do I have to draw the new card from the same stack the discarded card went to?
- If you draw a new card, you may proceed as you wish.
- If you exchange an existing card, you must draw from the same stack you placed the existing card under.

Holy Place - If I am allowed to draw 2 or more cards, can I select the card I want to discard?
No. Once you have drawn a card, you must decide if you want to put it back or keep it.

Metropolis - Can a Dragon also be built on a building site for a Metropolis, when the Metropolis is adjacent to a Citadel?
No.

Metropolis - Can I build a Metropolis by means of a Secret Society, using my opponent’s Town Hall or Church?
Yes.
