The “Age of Darkness” Expansion

• Wolfgang the Street Performer - Can I obtain Wolfgang if I receive 1 gold via the production die roll?

  Yes, provided that you now have at least 2 gold in total.

• Wolfgang the Street Performer - Can I obtain Wolfgang if I win the Celebration event and take a gold as a reward?

  Yes. In this case, you receive the gold before it is checked whether Wolfgang changes over.

• Wolfgang the Street Performer - Can I take over Wolfgang if the Gold Cache is the only place where I have gold?

  Yes.

• Wolfgang the Street Performer - Do both adjacent regions receive 1 resource each, even though none of the two numbers was rolled, or does only an adjacent region whose number was rolled receive 1 resource?

  The regions adjacent to Wolfgang can receive 1 resource each (provided that there's room for it and the player wants it). The number rolled with the production die is irrelevant.

• Wolfgang the Street Performer - Do I receive the 2 resources for Wolfgang even if my opponent has the most skill points?

  Yes.

• Wolfgang the Street Performer - In what order are the consequences of the event die result resolved if Wolfgang has been placed?

  When the "Celebration" event is rolled, the exact order of actions is as follows:

  1. The player with the most skill points chooses any 1 resource and places it on the corresponding region. If both players have the same number of skill points, both players take 1 resource.
  2. If one of the players has determined the Celebration via Reiner the Herald, he receives another resource.
  3. Wolfgang's owner may take 1 resource on each region directly adjacent to Wolfgang.
  4. Wolfgang changes over to the other player if he can and the player wants him.
  5. If a player has a Builders' Hut and less than 3 stars on a Public Feeling (or less then 6 stars on two Public Feeling cards), he receives a star.

  Note: Builders' Hut and Public Feeling cards belong to the Age of Enlightenment expansion.

• Wolfgang the Street Performer - Is Wolfgang a hero?

  All "Rivals" cards with proper names are hero cards - also Wolfgang, unlike his predecessor Flavo.

• Wolfgang the Street Performer - May I decline to take over Wolfgang, even though I have gold and room for him?

  Yes. If you don't want to pay the gold because you have budgeted it for something else, then you don't have to take Wolfgang over.

• Wolfgang the Street Performer - May I keep Wolfgang if my opponent doesn't have gold when the Celebration event occurs?

  Yes.

• Wolfgang the Street Performer - Who determines where to place Wolfgang when he changes over?

  The player who takes him over.

• Wolfgang the Street Performer - Who receives the gold I pay to obtain Wolfgang from the opponent?

  The bank.
