• Hedge Tavern - In the Theme Game, may I remove the Hedge Tavern and then build it again, so that the opponent can't build it?

  You may remove the Hedge Tavern and build it again. This, however, will not prevent the opponent from building a Hedge Tavern, because in the Theme Game a removed Hedge Tavern is placed face up again.

• Irmgard, Keeper of the Light - Do I receive 2 resources for Irmgard if my opponent receives a 3rd heroine by means of a missionary and thus removes the Red Light Tavern I built in his principality?

  You only receive 1 resource, i.e., for the missionized heroine. For one thing, the loss of the Tavern is a secondary effect, and for another, the Tavern is in the opponent's principality. Irmgard, however, only compensates you if you lose one of your own expansions in your wn principality due to direct effects.

  Note: The Missionary card and the Red Light Tavern belong to the Age of Darkness expansion.

• Irmgard, Keeper of the Light - Do I receive a resource for Irmgard if a card of my opponent is removed from my principality?

  No, Irmgard only has an effect if your own cards in your own principality are concerned.

  Note: Cards that your opponent may build in your principality belong to the Age of Darkness and Age of Enlightenment expansions.

• Irmgard, Keeper of the Light - Do I receive a resource if I lose Irmgard?

  No. If Irmgard herself is removed, you do not receive a resource.

• Irmgard, Keeper of the Light - Do I receive a resource if I use a hero like an action card and remove him from the principality?

  No, you only receive a resource if your opponent performs an action that results in the removal of one of your cards.

  Note: Heroes that can be used like action cards belong to the Age of Darkness expansion.

• Irmgard, Keeper of the Light - Do I receive a resource if Wolfgang switches over to the opponent when the "Celebration" event occurs?

  No, because Wolfgang changes sides due to the fact that you use his function.

  Note: Wolfgang the Street Performer belongs to the Age of Darkness expansion.

• Irmgard, Keeper of the Light - Do I receive the resource from the bank?

  Yes.

• Irmgard, Keeper of the Light - Is Irmgard unique?

  Like all the other heroes, Irmgard is unique.

• Large Trade Ship - May I take the resources to be traded via the Large Trade Ship from 2 regions if the ship is located between 2 regions of the same type?

  No.

• Large Trade Ship - May I use the Large Trade Ship to trade resources from diagonally adjacent regions?

  Yes. Two city expansions located in the same city and on the same side of the road are equal with regard to their effect on the regions adjacent to them.

• Large Trade Ship - When building the Large Trade Ship, do I have to decide from which of the two neighboring regions I want to trade resources?

  No.

• Large Trade Ship, also compare: Trade ships - How does the Large Trade Ship combine with Capricious Sea?

  If the "Calm Sea" event occurs, you receive any 1 resource of your choice for each Large Trade Ship placed in your principality. If the "Storm" event occurs, your Large Trade Ship is also affected.

  Note: Capricious Sea belongs to the Age of Darkness expansion.

• Large Trade Ship, also compare: Trade ships - How does the Large Trade Ship combine with Hergild the Master Merchant?

  The two don't combine at all. If you play Hergild the Master Merchant, the exchange rate for a resource you have a trade ship for increases. The Large Trade Ship isn't associated with any resource type and may not be used when Hergild is played.

  Note: Hergild the Master Merchant belongs to the Age of Darkness expansion.

• Large Trade Ship, also compare: Trade ships - How does the Large Trade Ship combine with the Harbor?

  In combination with 3 trade ships, the Harbor receives a victory point. In this context, it doesn't matter whether large or "common" trade ships are involved.

• Large Trade Ship, also compare: Trade ships - How does the Large Trade Ship combine with the Lighthouse?

  The Lighthouse increases the exchange rate to 1:1 and protects you from the Storm ("Capricious Sea" event card).

  Note: Lighthouse and Capricious Sea belong to the Age of Darkness expansion.
