The “Age of Enlightenment” Expansion

• Mercenaries - How do the Mercenaries combine with the Storehouse, the Sacrificial Site, and the Arsenal?

  The Mercenaries only take effect if other protective measures such as Storehouse, Sacrificial Site, and Arsenal have failed. The Mercenaries (partly) divest the brigands of what they have stolen.

  Note: Sacrificial Site and Arsenal belong to the Age of Darkness expansion.

• Mercenaries - Is there a possibility to get rid of the opponent's Mercenaries?

  Yes. You can use all measures that can be taken against cards featuring strength points.

• Mercenaries - May I build two Mercenaries cards if I receive another one via a Traitor?

  No.

• Monument to the Prince - If I rebuild a Monument to the Prince after it was burnt down or removed after a Feud, does a unit change over again?

  Yes. You are building a Monument to the Prince; therefore, the rules for building a Monument to the Prince apply.

• Monument to the Prince - May I build 2 Monuments to the Prince?

  Yes.

• Monument to the Prince - May I use Michael the Master Builder when building the Monument?

  Yes, but only to replace brick with gold. It is not possible to replace stars with gold.

  Note: Michael the Master Builder belongs to the Age of Darkness expansion.

• Monument to the Prince - May I use the Building Crane to save 1 star when building the Monument to the Prince?

  No. The stars are not considered resources as described in the context of the Building Crane rule. But resources can't be saved either, because only 3 resources are required for building.

• Prince - May I use a Drill Ground to reduce the building costs of the Prince?

  No, the Prince isn't a hero.

• Princess - Does the Princess help to remove a Red Light Tavern?

  No, the Princess isn't a heroine.

  Note: The Red Light Tavern belongs to the Age of Darkness expansion.

• Princess - May I use a Drill Ground to reduce the building costs of the Princess?

  No, the Princess isn't a heroine.

• Public Feeling - Do I have to include the Public Feeling in my deck?

  In the Tournament Game, you must include it in your deck. In the Theme Game and the Duel, you place it at the beginning of the game.

• Public Feeling - In the Tournament Game, may the Public Feeling be one of the cards I draw from my deck into my hand at the beginning of the game?

  Yes.

• Public Feeling - May I move the Public Feeling to another region if - later in the game - I want to place region expansions at its original location?

  Yes.

• Public Feeling - May I trade with stars?

  No.

• Robert, Herald of the Sages - Can I use the Drill Ground to save 1 owl when building Robert?

  No, the Drill Ground only allows you to save resources.
