Grove of Vigilance - May I use the Grove of Vigilance after my opponent has rolled the dice?
Yes. The text on the card only determines that the Grove of Vigilance may be used when the "Celebration," "Trade," or "Brigand Attack" event is rolled. In this context, it doesn't matter when the dice were rolled and who rolled them.

Grove of Vigilance - May I use the Grove of Vigilance against an event triggered by a mission to the Island of the Forgotten Tribe?
Yes, if the event was rolled with the event die.

Grove of Vigilance - May I use the Grove of Vigilance against an event triggered by the Court Astrologer?
No, the Grove of Vigilance may only be used against events rolled with the event die - not against events determined by the opponent.

Groves - Can I lose a grove due to one of my opponent's actions?
No.

Groves - In which phase of my turn may I use groves?
You may use Groves only during your action phase. This restriction does not apply to the Grove of Peace, the Grove of Justice, the Grove of Vigilance, and the Grove of Courage.

Groves - May I remove groves like units and buildings?
Yes.

Groves - When can I start to place groves?
As soon as you have room for them and are able to pay the building costs

Groves - When may I start to use my groves?
You may use your groves as soon as you have placed them and are able to pay the owls required for using them.

Hospital - Is the Aqueduct required for using the Hospital's function?
No, the requirement must only be met to build the Hospital.

Hospital - When do I receive the star if I have a Hospital?
Sometime during your action phase. You determine at what moment.

Insurrection - In case of an Insurrection, do I have to remove a building from my principality or may I discard a building from my hand?
You must remove a building of your principality.

Insurrection - May I also remove a foreign building?
You must remove one of your own buildings.

Manifesto of Humane Conduct - If I discard 1 action attack card instead of paying 2 owls, must I have this card in my hand, and may I still perform the action?
The card must be in your hand, but you must refrain from performing the action.

Marie the Shieldmaiden - Can Marie bewitch a Herald or Paladin?
Yes and no. If Marie is placed in a city, she can seduce the Herald or Paladin. Under no circumstances, however, are these two attracted to a settlement.
Note: Marie belongs to the Age of Darkness expansion.
