Question about Barbarians & Traders Wizards Alliance - If I play the Expanded Basic Game with Wizards and Dragons, can I add the two Wizards Alliances from Barbarians and Traders?

The Wizards’ Alliances are primarily meant to be used in the Tournament Game. But if your game partner agrees, you can also use the cards in the Expanded Basic Game with Wizards & Dragons.
