Question about The Cards Counting House - Can I place 2 Counting Houses?

Only in the Tournament Game: in the Base Game you are not able to do it, and in the Expanded Base Game you are not allowed to do it.
Note: A second Counting House belongs to the theme set "Trade & Change", which is part of the Catan Card Game – Expansion Set.
