Here you will find help if you want to send complaints about faulty game materials.
We are all humans, and humans make mistakes, for example while packaging game materials. Even machines producing that kind of game material have bad days now and then. Long story short: Although we strive for best possible accuracy, it may happen now and then that game material is missing or that it is of insufficient quality.
If you believe this applies to you and your new game, please contact

for German game editions) and describe the circumstances as briefly and as precisely as possible. Sometimes pictures tell more than words: Perhaps you might want to attach a (preferably small!) digital photo to your e-mail which displays the deficiency.
Be sure to include your full name and address to your inquiry so there won't be any unclarity right away where to send the free replacement parts. Usually you won't have to send back the faulty game material: If it is insufficient and of no worth for you, it is probably of no use for anyone else likewise.
Note: A reclamation is possible only if it derives from an obvious flaw in packaging or production. In other words: If your game material is just "worn out" or if e.G. your dog has gnawed on the wooden game pieces and afterwards digged them in your backyard, you surely cannot treat this as a reclamation - in that case you simply have to order replacement parts.
